After a Task has been Assigned, it is up to the Worker or Foreman or any other Assignee to update the Task.
Workers and Foremen who have been assigned the Task can view the Task in the app and update only the Task Status and Completion Amount fields. Any Admin user assigned to the Task may Edit, Update, or delete the Task.
Workers can quickly and easily provide status updates, include task-specific photos, and add comments.
To update a Task’s status, go to the Tasks view. Select the Task that you want to update. Tap the “More Details” button and scroll to the section labeled Current Status.
Swipe to the left or right to select the appropriate status, add photos of your work and any comments on the Task, and then tap the green Update button.
The Task Status will be updated in both the Tasks view and the Task Chat.
