When your Project, Tasks, and Sub-Tasks are all added you can view your crew’s progress by tapping on the “Tasks” tab at the bottom of the screen.
Initially, this view will show you the Task description, start and end dates, location, and current status. Swipe to the left to view your Task Summary Stats.
The top of the screen will display your Task Summary Stats. It will show you how many Tasks are active that week, if any issues have been flagged, and how many workers have been assigned to work.
Below that, you will see a color coded display of how many Tasks have been completed, how many are past due, and how many are in-progress.

The name of the crew member who entered this information is displayed on the right hand side next to each update.
