All subscriptions (monthly or annual) automatically renew on the scheduled renewal date so you do not have to worry about getting another invoice! If you need to cancel your subscription, please let our team know prior to the renewal date.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. We try to help you avoid unnecessary charges by sending reminder emails before your renewal date. The reports tab in C4 also shows if you have any unused licenses or inactive workers.
