When you open a project, the list of task columns can be easily sorted - simply click on the column heading to sort Ascending or click again to sort Descending.
By default, you will see your tasks in table-view. To see your tasks in outline-view, simply toggle over from the table icon to the outline icon at the top of the page next to your Project’s name. This will show you your Project outlined as Tasks and nested Subtasks.
The Search box allows you to search for a specific task by Unique ID, Task Name, Task Location or Task Description by typing in the keyword you want to search for. If there are no search results, use the Reset All Filters to start from scratch.
Filters allow you to quickly narrow down the view of Active Tasks. Your filter choices are Project, Subcontractors, Date Ranges, and a Past Due checkbox. Date Range Filtering is handy if you want to narrow your view down to Tasks by Start Date or by Due Date. The Past Due checkbox lets you quickly view any and all Tasks that are past their due date. Note that you are unable to combine the Past Due quick-filter with the Date filter - you must use each filter separately.
