No more searching through emails, texts, and spreadsheets to figure out what was done, by whom, or when. Task information is taken directly from your project file - no extra work required!
Crews by Core tracks your tasks and updates them in real time from the field. Your task tab will show all the tasks you are currently working on with your Crew. Tasks are sorted automatically by their due date. You can change which Tasks you see by changing the Project drop down at the top of the screen.
Tap on any Task's "Show Summary" button to see the important dates, locations, a description of what needs to be done, and a list of who is involved in each task as well as their individual statuses. Tap on the "Hide Summary" button to go back to the Task List.
Tap on the "More Details" button in the "Show Summary" view to see all additional Task Info. Scroll down to create sub-tasks here, view and update status history, and view any Chats and images related to this Task.
If you need to update or edit the task name or description or other task details, any company administrator has the permission to Edit Tasks by tapping the pencil icon at the top right in the app or on the C4 desktop site.
Let everyone know how close to completion you are by updating your own status as you go! You can update the status of one of your tasks right from the chat group by using the drop down menu under the chat group's name.
You can also update the status by going to the Tasks tab, selecting the "More Details" button, and making an update there. Selecting "Done" gives you the ability to add photos of the finished task and any comments you have about the task status.
