Core uses your preferences, skills, and work experience to match you with jobs in your area. For that reason, Core cannot match you with jobs until you enter some basic information about yourself. See the Core Profile article for more details.
How does Core match workers with jobs?
Core is a construction labor marketplace that matches skilled workers with good jobs. We do our best to showcase your skills and experience to employers in your area - which means you need to tell us about your skills and experience!
Once we find a job that we think will be a good match, we text you so you can decide whether you are interested or not. Apply instantly from your phone if that job is a good fit for you!
What do job matches look like?
When you are matched with a job, you will receive a text message with a link to the job flyer. You can learn more about the job by following the link.
If you are getting jobs that are not good matches, try adjusting your profile preferences in the About Me section, or update your skills list to get matched with different jobs.
How to apply
When we send you a match you are interested in, follow the link to apply!
The company you are applying to will complete the hiring process from here. This could be an interview or a quick chat about work history to make sure you are a good fit.
Many of our job listings also have applications posted on Facebook. If you applied to a job posting this way, Core still requires you to complete a Core Flyer in order for your application to be submitted to the employer.
